Timeshare Travel specializes in wholesaling deeded timeshare weeks on the resale market. We buy & sell timeshares and advertise & market timeshares. Our services extend to timeshare Buyers, Sellers, Brokers & Barter Clubs.
Sellers
We provide marketing services, closings and transfer services. We also provide an outlet to market, an outlet to dump (sell quickly and cheaply), and an outlet to donate timeshare weeks to charity. We offer consulting help for any one of these outlets, including to resell sellers back on their own timeshare week if we feel that is what’s best for them. We also provide property evaluations (for loans, IRS, estate), trade-in’s and upgrades.
Buyers
We wholesale deeded timeshare weeks to individuals customers, brokers worldwide and barter club members. We offer a guaranteed free & clear deed. We provide financing, closing & transfer services, $500 ownerships and $300 rentals. Timeshare transactions are sold with low pressure, no hype, usually over the phone, by Internet, or through the mail. Most of our customers are already timeshare educated. They are usually satisfied timeshare owners who want to buy more weeks, have been to a timeshare presentation, or have friends or family members who own timeshare weeks.
Brokers
We work with approximately 15 to 20 brokers worldwide and provide weeks at prices that are cheaper than they can buy or find themselves. We also provide closing & transfer services.
Barter Clubs
As an alternative to sell weeks, we are in contact with over 12 barter clubs worldwide, and provide timeshare offers to all members.

Guaranteed Sale and Other Unique Programs
Very few resale companies offer the service to buyers that we offer:
- Guaranteed Sale. We provide our own in-house closing and transfer service which enables us to be in control of the sales process, and guarantee our deeds to be free & clear. If for any reason the deed has a lien or clouded deed, we will replace the timeshare week with a comparable week at the same resort.
- Finance Program. We carry our own paper which makes our properties more affordable.
- Trade-in and upgrade Program. We trade-in a customer’s old timeshare week for a bigger and better one.
- $300 Rentals. When a customer buys, at their option, we can set them up with RCI membership and an extra week (and a year to use that week) in the RCI bank for $389.
- $500 Ownerships. When a customer buys, at their option, we can sell them additional selected blue or white weeks for $500 total (includes closing costs).
- Search Program. We have access to 1000’s of timeshare properties worldwide. We have 100’s of sources we can search through to fill each customers needs. If we don’t have the week or price a customer is looking for, we can do an extensive search to find it.

Very few resale companies can offer the prices and the programs we offer. We have unique ways of obtaining inventory for very little cost–these methods would include:
- Charity Program. No other resale service can obtain inventory as we do from charities.

- Barter Program. We buy timeshares with barter credits through barter clubs.
- Broker Program. We have a network of brokers we work with that enlarges our connections to clients who are looking for timeshares.
- Resort Referrals. We work with individual resorts that send their owners to our company to help them sell their timeshares.
- Trade-in’s. Yes, we take trade-in’s at wholesale prices.
