MROP (Multiple Resort Ownership Plan) Over 71 Resorts to Choose from. Spend your vacations exploring a different destination every year. Unit size varies depending which vacation resort you go to each year. Destinations Include: Waikiki, San Diego Area, Palm Springs, Maui, Park City, St George, Bear Lake, Island Park(West Yellowstone), Jackson Hole, Powder Mountain Ski Resort, New Orleans, Several Texas Resorts including coastal, South Carolina Coast, Orlando & Florida Coast and the Oregon and Washington Coast. You can buy a week that is Red season (we call this a "ALL RED") every year or a week that Rotates (we call this an "ROTATER") within the seasons. Some of the weeks available for sale have the option to obtain points in RCI. Please contact your agent for this information if you need/want this option. ALL RED: An All Red ownership guarantees you a red week every year in the MROP program. The managing company, VRI (Vacation Resorts International), manages over 100 resorts and if you want to go outside the MROP properties you can exchange through VRI's exchange company. Also, if you want to go to a destination that is not managed by VRI or in the Plan, you can join one of the exchange companies and travel all around the world to 4,500 different destinations. These ownerships have the best opportunities to do pretty much anything you want to do. MROP is a right-to-use program and a limited partnership holds the deed. When you buy you will receive a certificate in the limited partnership.
